капуста белая, капуста красная, морковка, огурец, редиска, сельдерей (или в сам салат или в заправку для салата). у меня у миксера есть насадка для резки и я это всё натёрла тёрку по размеру с бурачную. мне кажется можно похожее сделать с мандолиной и тёркой тоже. тепеть про заправку - рецептов на неё много но она должна быть кисло-сладкой по вкусу. я делала 1 стакан майонеза, 1/4 стакана 5% уксуса, 1/4 стакана воды, 1 ст.л. сахара, 1/4 ч.л. соли и 1/4 ч.л. перца. моя получилась немного слишком жидкой. в спедующий раз я попробую уменьшить/опустить воду. а так люди делают со сметаной, с яблочнын уксусом, семенами сельдереея, с горчицей....
